One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one okbeet account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
KYC Verification
okbeet applies Know Your Customer verification to all accounts before processing the first withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport. Providing false or altered documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.
BDT Transactions Only
All financial transactions on okbeet — deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonuses — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). okbeet does not process transactions in foreign currencies. Exchange rate risk is entirely borne by the account holder in any cross-border scenario.
Fair Play Obligation
All users must engage with the okbeet platform in good faith. Use of automated betting scripts, arbitrage strategies designed to exploit platform pricing errors, collusion with other players, or any coordinated effort to defraud okbeet constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.
Terms May Be Updated
okbeet reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the contact email on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions
The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Article 2
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and okbeet with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, negotiations, representations, or agreements — whether written or oral — between you and okbeet relating to the subject matter covered here.
Access to and use of the okbeet platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not register an account and must not use the platform in any capacity. okbeet reserves the right to deny access to any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Article 3 or who has previously had an account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on okbeet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming are not expressly prohibited.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of okbeet or any of its technology or game-supply partners, where such association creates a conflict of interest with respect to fair play.
- You do not currently have an active self-exclusion in place on the okbeet platform.
- You have not previously had an okbeet account permanently suspended for fraud, identity misrepresentation, or Terms violation.
okbeet reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to maintain eligibility — including reaching a self-imposed self-exclusion period after registration — may result in account suspension pending review.
Article 3
Account Registration and Verification
To access the full range of okbeet services — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. okbeet does not accept registrations under pseudonyms, aliases, or incomplete details.
Information Required at Registration
During the account registration process, okbeet will request the following information:
- Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
- Date of birth (must confirm you are aged 18 or above)
- Valid email address (this becomes your primary account communication channel)
- Mobile phone number (used for SMS OTP two-factor authentication)
- Preferred username
- Password (minimum 8 characters; must include at least one uppercase letter, one numeral, and one special character)
- Preferred deposit method
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okbeet account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. okbeet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive a communication requesting your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it immediately to [email protected].
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify okbeet immediately by contacting the support team via live chat or email. okbeet will place a temporary hold on the account pending a security review. Account holders who fail to promptly report unauthorised access may be held responsible for any wagers placed or withdrawals processed before the report was made.
KYC Identity Verification
Before processing any withdrawal — regardless of the payment method or amount — okbeet requires successful completion of the KYC identity verification process. You will be asked to submit a clear photograph or scan of one of the following documents:
- Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
- Valid Bangladeshi passport — biographical data page
- Bangladesh driving licence (where applicable)
okbeet aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of document submission during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Documents that are expired, illegible, cropped, or showing signs of alteration will be rejected, and you will be asked to resubmit. Submitting fraudulent or altered identity documents is a criminal matter and will result in immediate permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
Article 4
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on okbeet are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). okbeet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and all account balances are maintained in BDT. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to individual method limits set out below.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳100.
- The maximum single deposit transaction is ৳500,000 unless a higher limit has been specifically agreed with the okbeet accounts team.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your okbeet wallet within seconds of the transfer being confirmed on the mobile wallet network.
- Bank transfer deposits (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank) are processed same-day if received before 3:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time, or the next business day if received after that cut-off.
- okbeet does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account does not match the okbeet account holder's identity — will be reversed and returned to the originating account after deduction of any applicable bank handling fees.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
- The maximum single withdrawal transaction is ৳200,000. Withdrawals above this limit may be processed in multiple tranches at okbeet's discretion.
- Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are processed within 1–4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time operating hours.
- Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within 1–2 business days subject to bank processing times.
- Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with pending or failed KYC will have withdrawal requests held until verification is completed.
- okbeet reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, originate from accounts with unusual wagering patterns, or arise within 48 hours of a large deposit. These checks are conducted as a financial security measure and are not an indication of wrongdoing.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to okbeet transactions — where the transaction was validly processed and the funds were credited to your account — is a breach of these Terms. In such cases, okbeet reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, freeze the account balance, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through appropriate channels. Any costs incurred by okbeet in recovering chargebacked funds will be deducted from the account balance prior to any settlement.

Article 5
Betting Rules and Sports Wagering Policy
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the okbeet platform, including pre-match markets, live in-play betting, accumulator bets, and system bets. By placing a wager on okbeet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules.
Bet Placement and Confirmation
A bet is considered placed and binding on okbeet only when a bet confirmation reference number has been issued and displayed to the account holder. Bets that fail at the confirmation stage — due to insufficient account balance, odds change, market suspension, or technical error — are not binding on either party. okbeet's system timestamp at the moment of bet confirmation is the definitive record of when a wager was accepted.
For live in-play markets, odds are subject to change between the moment you initiate a bet and the moment the system processes it. If odds have changed materially during that interval, okbeet may present the new odds for your acceptance before confirming the bet. If you do not accept the revised odds within the time window displayed, the bet will not be placed and no funds will be deducted from your account.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, sport, and event. The applicable limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. okbeet reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits based on betting patterns, account history, or risk management requirements, without prior notice.
Obvious Errors in Odds
okbeet takes all reasonable steps to ensure that odds are published accurately. However, in the event that a clearly erroneous price is published — whether due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction — okbeet reserves the right to void any bets placed at that erroneous price and return all stakes to the relevant account holders. "Clearly erroneous" means odds that a reasonable observer would immediately identify as inconsistent with the true probability of the event outcome, for example odds of 100/1 on a team that is a 1/10 favourite. okbeet will notify affected account holders of any voided bets by email within 24 hours of the decision being made.
Void Bets and Abandoned Events
A bet may be declared void and the original stake returned to the account holder in the following circumstances:
- The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required playing time is completed (as defined by the applicable sport's governing rules).
- The bet was placed on a market that was opened in error or that relates to a non-existent event.
- The outcome of the event cannot be officially determined within 90 days of the scheduled start time.
- okbeet determines that the result of the event was affected by match-fixing, corruption, or any action that undermines the integrity of the sporting competition.
Winnings and Settlement
Winnings are calculated at the odds confirmed at the time of bet placement and are credited to the account wallet immediately upon official result confirmation. For cricket events, okbeet uses the official match result as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or the applicable domestic board) as the definitive settlement source. For football, official full-time results are used; extra time and penalty shootout outcomes are included only where specifically stated in the market description.
Article 6
Bonus Terms and Promotional Conditions
okbeet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions to eligible account holders. All bonus offers are subject to the general conditions set out in this Article, plus any additional conditions specific to the individual promotion as communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to an account are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for okbeet bonuses is 10x the bonus amount on sports bets with minimum odds of 1.50, or 25x the bonus amount on casino or slot games.
Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering progress that have not been completed within the validity period will be removed from the account automatically. Real-money funds in the account will not be affected by this removal.
Eligible Games and Markets
Not all games and markets contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets at minimum odds of 1.50 per selection contribute 100% toward sports bonus wagering requirements. Casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms. Certain high-RTP slots or progressive jackpot titles may be excluded from bonus wagering altogether. The eligible game list for each promotion is available in the promotion terms page.
Bonus Abuse and Exploitation
okbeet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover any bonus funds and associated winnings where it reasonably believes that a bonus offer has been abused. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using bonus funds to place offsetting bets that guarantee a risk-free outcome regardless of match result (bonus hedging); or any pattern of wagering that okbeet determines is designed to extract bonus value without genuine betting intent.

Article 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbeet platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.
- Registering or operating more than one account
- Providing false identity information at registration or KYC
- Accessing the platform if under 18 years of age
- Accessing the platform while under active self-exclusion
- Allowing a third party to operate your account
- Depositing funds from third-party payment accounts
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on valid transactions
- Using the platform for money laundering or financial crime
- Exploiting deposit/withdrawal processes to generate profit without genuine wagering intent
- Using automated betting scripts or bots
- Exploiting clearly erroneous odds knowingly
- Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes
- Placing bets using insider or non-public information
- Arbitrage strategies that exploit platform pricing errors
- Attempting to access another user's account
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or data-mining the platform
- Introducing malicious code, viruses, or denial-of-service attacks
- Circumventing security measures or geo-restriction mechanisms
okbeet cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence units in Bangladesh in relation to any suspected financial crime, fraud, or match-fixing investigation. Account data, transaction records, IP logs, and device fingerprinting data may be disclosed to authorised authorities upon receipt of a valid legal request.
Article 8
Account Closure and Termination
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your okbeet account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after all pending bets are settled. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of voluntary closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of confirmation.
Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion
Account holders who wish to take a break from gambling can request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 1 hour of confirmation and cannot be reversed during the selected period. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Any real-money balance in the account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the verified withdrawal method. During a self-exclusion period, okbeet will also suppress all promotional communications to the excluded account holder.
Termination by okbeet
okbeet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
- Suspicious activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing
- Account holder confirmed to be under 18 years of age
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that require account closure
Where an account is closed by okbeet due to a breach of Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no financial crime has occurred but a Terms breach has been established, okbeet will return the real-money balance after deducting any funds that represent gains from the prohibited conduct.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbeet's total liability to any account holder arising from or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that account holder in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. okbeet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
